SK Studio does not offer any ‘Exchange’ or ‘Return’ for any of it's Piercing Jewelry Pieces due to strict hygiene maintenance, health care issues and to avoid any kind of bacterial infections. However, other products purchased from our site can be exchanged within 07 days only if:

  • Exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit.
  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The received product(s) differed from the original order.
  • In case of exchange customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling costs.
  • Discounted Items cannot be Returned / Exchanged.

In such cases, claims can only be entertained if they are made within 07 days of the original order date.
Please send pictures of the defective item to @skstudio.shop or WhatsApp within 07 days after order delivery, in case to raise a dispute.

SK Studio Customer Care and Quality Management Team will look at each dispute on an individual basis and will make every effort to be fair to both parties.

Once we receive the item our team will review the damage-once the dispute is settled fairly we will issue a replacement of the same value against the product mentioned in the invoice and send it to the buyer’s address.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or with discount/coupon code purchases or gift cards/Mystery boxes.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
